Getting Started

Certified Financial Planner™

When people aren’t prepared financially the results can be very ugly. I’ve seen this professionally and I’ve experienced it personally while I was growing up. I am passionate about helping my clients and their families avoid this unnecessary discomfort. I’ve built my business around that mission. No money worries. No matter what.

How to Get Started

You can work with me just about any way you like because I work with clients globally. We can meet in my office, via Skype, phone, Google Hangout or email.

Here’s how to get the ball rolling:

  1. Contact

Let me know you are interested in exploring the idea of working together. You can either call the office at 818-889-6700 or email me.

  2. Background Information

In order for me to be helpful to you and to determine if we really are a good fit, I need to know something about you. Please tell me a little bit about yourself. What is your main financial concern? What do you need help with?

The best way for you to give me a sense of what you are looking for is when you email the office or you can talk about that when you call the office to set up your free introductory call.

  3. During Our Free Consultation

Our first meeting is meant to help us get to know each other. It allows you to ask any question you like about me. And it allows me to get to know you a little to determine if my firm is a good fit for you or not.

I can’t help everyone. I want to really understand what you want to accomplish and what is standing in your way. Once I get clear on that, I’ll know if we are a good fit or not.

When we meet either in my office or electronically, it will be helpful to you to have the following information available for reference:

    • Investment statements
    • Insurance Statements
    • Last 2 years tax returns
    • Balance Sheet
    • Income Statement

Don’t worry if you don’t have all this information. Just have as much of that information available as possible. And don’t worry about privacy. You don’t have to share any information you don’t want to. It’s just very helpful for you to have this information accessible in case you’d like my input on it.

  4. After the meeting.

After we meet I’ll send you a summary of what we discussed. Included will be action items you can take to improve your situation. Of course you have no obligation to undertake any of those action items.

But if you do want to take action on some or all of those items, you can hire me and my firm to help you. In the summary I’ll fully explain that option along with how my firm charges for services.

  5. Should you schedule a free consultation?

As I said, I can’t help everyone. And not everyone needs my help. But if you’ve read this far, chances are you still have unanswered questions. Why not schedule a free 20 minute consultation to see if I can help get your finances where you want them to be? If you do nothing, nothing will change. At least that’s the way I see it. Give me a call at 818-889-6700, email me or schedule a free 20 minute consultation today.
